Fly into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). From there, VOLT is a 15-minute taxi or rideshare to the festival grounds in San Juan. We recommend booking accommodation in Condado, Santurce, or Old San Juan for easy access.
Gates open at 4:00 PM daily. Last entry is 11:00 PM. You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) along with a government-issued photo ID. Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband.
VOLT Festival is strictly 18+. All attendees must present valid photo identification at the gate. No exceptions. Accepted forms: passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID card.
VOLT is committed to providing an accessible experience for all guests. We offer wheelchair-accessible viewing areas, companion ticketing, accessible restrooms, and dedicated entry lanes. Contact us in advance for specific needs.
Bring your ID, ticket, phone, and a portable charger. Small bags and clear hydration packs are allowed. Leave prohibited items at home: weapons, drugs, professional cameras, and outside food or beverages.
Your safety is our priority. Medical tents are located throughout the venue. Stay hydrated, look out for one another, and report any concerns to staff or security. Free water stations are available at every stage.
VOLT is a fully cashless event. Link your payment method to your wristband at activation stations upon entry. All bars, food vendors, and merch booths accept wristband payments only.
